Being healthy is nothing to be ashamed of! Think about how you are going to be fit and they’re still going to be the same. Just think about all the people who are home in bed or on the computer while your out being active. or better yet don’t compare yourself at all just know that you are reaching your goal. That’s no one else’s business.
I ate a donut today, I used to eat them by the bucket-load you see, and today I was offered one and I figured i haven’t in so long, truth is i would of made any excuse to eat that donut I just couldn’t stop myself. But then as soon as I tried it I was so shocked to discover it wasn’t even slightly tasty, it was greasy and sugar-packed. Still I kept eating it and now I am feeling absolutely disgusting.
But you know I am so glad I ate that donut because i’ve learned that my taste buds have completely changed. We all have our weaknesses but stick at it, weakness will become indifference.
I now know that I am perfectly happy to never eat a donut again.
